Sent to Bury Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5765963.

Abandoned bins and fences on metrolink land. These are causing security risks as they can be climbed on to then climb onto residential buildings. Abandoned items on metrolink land, behind bus shelters, by the metrolink station.

The bins have been moved, but the fencing is still there.
