Water pouring out of drain and has worn road surface

Sent to Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5763983.

Water is crystal clear which suggests coming from water mains. Affinty Water have said not their problem! Leak ID 82739. Water has worn road surface and uncovered drain which is causing many tyre problems on cars. and nearly making road unusable. This is a repeat of an earlier problem with exactly the same drain approximately 6 months ago
