Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5760295.

This mattress has been left right in the middle of Hertford Town centre, at the junction of Dolphin Yard and Maidenhead Street. It is extremely unsightly and detracts from the appearance of the town centre. It has been there for some time and has not been removed despite various attempts to report it by nearby library staff.
