Vehicles running red light

This vehicle failed to stop at red light as I was crossing the road. As previously reported, vehicles failing to stop at red lights at this crossing, presumably because they don’t notice them, keeps happening. Please investigate visibility of traffic lights and road markings indicating that a pedestrian crossing is ahead.
