Massive breakup of middle of the road at a junction

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5759079.

At this junction there is a large part of the middle of the road breaking up creating a large uneven area which is dangerous to drive on. Cars have started turning into the wrong side of the junction to avoid the damage meaning cars approaching the junction from Jane’s Lane are going head to head with cars on the wrong side of the road.
