Traffic light sequence causing gridlock near Top Shop

The traffic lights sequencing near Top Shop, Churchdown Lane, Hucclecote Road has been set incorrectly since the road works. This is leading to grid lock with traffic heading from Hucclecote to Brockworth backed up past Green Lane to the Wagon and Horses. It has made crossing the road for pedestrians unsafe as they have to weave through the cars. Also hampers cars exiting/accessing driveways.
