Dumping litter on bustops

After cardiff council litter picked and cut grass during the week finally getting the area outside ball road flats corner ofnlynton terrace in llanrumney,cardiff people dumped this red bag which they do all the time on both bustops in ball Rd,cf3 4bx the birds or animals rip them open to get what's inside,this then blows everywhere all over the road and the front of flats,there is a real problem here with littering,fly tipping allready

This and all the litter was picked up by a council employee early Monday morning and all the litter and waste which was blown everywhere around the area again,thankyou to him.this is becoming a real problem litter etc in the ball Rd flats area, thankyou

This is still happening now bags have been ripped open onto pavements on the bustop.

This must be a drop off point or something for volunteer pickers but people still flytip on bustops here etc
