Horrendous surface

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5754354.

Roundabout has been disintegrating for far too long. Impossible to avoid numerous potholes. Entire thing needs resurfacing. Bit of a slap in the face when all taxes keep going up. Please, listen to reports and fix this.
