Dumped black wheelie bin overflowing with rubbish

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5753611.

There is a dumped black wheelie bin which has been filled with rubbish but especially dog pooh which is overflowing and it smells. It has been there for approx 1 month but it doesn't get emptied. I walk past this most days with my grandchildren and it's disgusting so therefore pls remove the whole bin.

  • The bin has been there longer than the reported month. dog walkers dump their poo bags in it. it's now falling out onto the pavement. please remove asap.
