Repeated cars jumping red lights at p redistribute crossing

There is a double set of pedestrian crossings that are becoming increasingly dangerous to cross due to speeding cars who either fail to stop completely at the amber, red light and/or are using mobile phones whilst driving so slow down less than needed and cross onto the crossing when the pedestrian green man is showing.
