School flashing sign not flashing

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5753233.

This road is a 20 zone, traffic cutting through is often doing 40,50 mph. The signs top and bottom aren’t flashing. It’s only a matter of time before an accident happens to the many school children using this route!
