Corner of close by no4 becomes flooded

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5751458.

I think there is insufficient drainage by no 4 so that it floods quite often now. My neighbour is wheelchair bound so it can sometimes prevent him from getting out of his driveway. We thought it might be weeds blocking an existing drain so we cleared the road of these already.
