Sunken/damaged pavement on Albany Road presenting trip hazard on school thoroughfare

Reported via desktop in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 01:37, Thursday 21 March 2024

Sent to Stockport Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5745857.

This issue occurred today, from an apparent heavy vehicle unloading. The pavement has sunk, resulting in a break in the tarmac which has left a trip hazard on Albany Road outside 33, which is a major thoroughfare to Queensgate Primary School. This also appears to be above where the fibre cables for the street are located.
