Blocked drain which has left a hazzard of slippery mud at the end of a footpath from basingbourne woods .
Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5745320.
This blocked drain which is only just visible in my second image , has been blocked for at least 6 months . When it rains it creates a massive Puddle which is impossible to pass via pavement or road from footpath for everyone including children going to and from school .
