Peugeot completely parked on pavement and double yellow lines AG 07 SBU ,19 march 23:31 ,blocking access to pedestrians,visually impaired,wheelchair users as they would need to navigate the road to pass this vehicle parked completely on the path ,Moorhouse Road Willerby Road hu55pp.this is a daily occurrence,.
