I know work is scheduled on this rbt in June. I know you did some patching less than 4 weeks ago. But there are still multiple holes on this roundabout and the approach that require urgent attention, one of which is nearly 4" deep (as per my photo), which would make it a severe / red category on our Defect Response Matrix from our Highways Safety Inspection Manual. Please, please can the major work on this roundabout be brought forward?

Investigation: Completed (Temporary Repair Completed - A permanent repair will be carried out in the next 28 days.) - The area has been inspected and temporary work has been put in place the permanent work has been scheduled to be carried out within the next couple months. You will receive further information when this job is completed.
