Pavement alongside Welford Rd contravenes LTN 1/20

As requested, I have re-opened ref. 5660379 Photos were on the original post, but I’ve also added them to this one. Here is the W3W address. https://w3w.co/ drama.indeed.branded

As explained in the original post, the pavement no longer complies with section 6.5.7 of LTN 1/20 (see picture) which clearly states that shared use pavements should be at least 3m wide. Why has then been allowed?
