Can not walk the streets with standing in dogmuck

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5739371.

The streets around Anfield and Priory road are filled with dog muck and SPIT as everyone seems to spit. It's disgusting. Can not walk kids/babies without standing in it It is a health hazzard
