Light sensors not working

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5739228.

Two lane road. Left lane blocked for works. Everyone in right lane trying to go left, straight or right.

Traffic light sensors do NOT work. Rush hour with appointment/daughters swimming lesson then missed due to there being about a 6 minute gap between red and green lights allowing about 10 cars max to pass through. Whilst other ends of the junction have zero waiting issues and where on green every min or so. Ridiculous. 20 minute wait where people then had to dangerously drive through a red light to keep things moving
