Parked Motorcycle inhibiting pedestrian flow on pavement

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5739218.

Pavement is being used as a motorcycle parking bay. Sometime 3 motorcycles can be parked on the pavement which hugely restricts the duel flow of traffic and causes issues for Mothers with prams and wheelchair users to pass. This has been happening for over a year now.
