Overgrown vegetation covering footpath

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5737074.

As you can see from the photographs, this vegetation is completely blocking the footpath at the end of Hedgely Court and needs to be cut back

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to another department within WNC) - Unfortunately, the owner of the property/land has not complied with the enforcement letter sent to them, we have forwarded this to the regulations team, who will update you more on the situation and take things further.

  • Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - A further site visit has taken place and the vegetation has still not been cut back. A further letter has been sent to cut back the vegetation and a further inspection will take place after 14 days and further action taken is the issue is not resolved.
