Parking on resident street of Local Office workers

We monitor on a daily basis the street outside our property being used by local based office workers who park their vehicles and walk into the town. This is a problem for the residents during the day who have difficulty parking their vehicles due to the local office workers taking up the parking spaces. Can something be addressed to tackle this issue we wondered ?
