3 inch deep pothole on cobbled section in Bulkington

Outside the The Chequers pub in Bulkington there is a 'rumble strip' speed bump made of cobbles. The cement used to fix the cobbles has perished, leaving gaps between the cobbles, I have already gone down the gap once on my bike and burst a tire - I also had to have the wheel on bike re-trued. It's been like this for at least 6 months. The gaps are getting worse, and it appears no one has reported it.
