Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5733347.
The council refuse to clean this side of the borough and are discriminatory in their practice. Very street is cleaned every single day - but hoppers road n 21 unswept for six weeks Winchmore hill road and church hill n21 on their third week of filthy uncleared streets. I pick up in my car on average five bottles, numerous bag waste and fly tips as the councilill not. A dead fox has been rotting on Winchmore hill road as the council condone speeding by falsifying average speed data. Even people are victims of hot and run here. A lack of management has made our borough lawless and filthy. The fox evidences that nobody had cleaned fir over a week as the poor thing has been lying there fir so long. This is how we live in Enfield . Petitions to ask the council to clean are in their 500 signatures now in a couple of weeks.

It is getting worse. Even residents are no longer bothering to be lawful . Today after a windy day I have spent an hour collecting people’s waste that has fallen out of toppled bins. The plastic panelling from number 78 Winchmore Hill road was on the road, cutting into people’s tyres - including my own - and creating a dangerous situation in addition to the fly tip. No one from the council challenges this behaviour because they are bankrupt and there is nobody working at frontline services. The flats at park view on the same road are full of unlicensed multi occupancies, unchallenged by the council, and the waste is overflowing onto the streets - again collected by me.
