Bridge Street congestion preventing access to and exit from from Grangers Place

More of a request for a ‘Keep Clear’ area road marking than a fix. Grangers Place exits onto Bridge Street, Witney. For some years, as Bridge Street has become more congested, access to and from Grangers Place (20 properties) has become increasingly difficult. This includes exiting right towards Witney centre, exiting left towards West End or entering Grangers Place from the left (thus blocking access into the town centre for other traffic). The road mouth is constantly blocked, with, unfortunately, most motorists not wishing to give way. Would it be possible to consider a ‘Keep Clear’ road-marked area at this location, please? (at the time of first submission, June 2023 - I understand that Bridge Street is shortly to be re-roadmarked, so this may be an ideal opportunity to help resolve this issue whilst the relevant teams are onsite - which would be much appreciated).
