Door jammed cklosed and large tipper located inside

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction caused by wall/building category anonymously at 13:40, Monday 18 March 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5730987.

The door on the western side of the right of way was jammed shut and the handle siding on the internal side of the gate. This meant that the latch (on the other side of the gate) could not be lifted and I had to climb over the fence to lift the latch. There was also a large yellow tipper parked on the eastern side of the gate meaning that it would be difficult or impossible to lift the latch from the western side in any case as the tipper would have blocked it
