Pothole re-opened (again!)

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5728908.

Pothole has been patched at least twice already but is reopening again. Causing traffic to swerve into oncoming lane. Needs enhanced remedial work beyond another 'patch'.
