Silver grey overfinch ,GV13 VBA clearly parked on pavement and double yellow lines obstructing the path to pedestrians and the visually impaired,also pram users .it’s parked so nothing can get passed without walking on the road ,Moorhouse Road Willerby Road hu55pp,17 march ,18:40 ..
