Deep channel in road surface several feet long

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5724946.

No photo as I was riding my motorbike at the time when I had to avoid this huge hole in the road. It is about 5ft long and 4in wide, and it's a major hazard to bicycles and motorbikes. It is in pretty much the middle of the road, so not causing any issues for 4 wheeled vehicles, but very dangerous otherwise.
