Stupid road change causing over 20 min wait

I queued 20 mins to go straight on, the lane is clearly empty to go straight on, but stupid cycle lane change is making it impossible to get past people turning right towards town. Council is changing road lay out for the worse! Ps not ONE cyclist past me in 20 mins!
