Misuse of restricted parking bays

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5721822.

Parking bays with 30 minutes and 1 hours slots are being parked in all day every day. This is resulting in other people that are visiting the local chemist, parking on double yellow lines and across drive ways and double parking. This is restricting access to Buckingham Crescent. The area does not appear to be covered by a traffic warden.
