Overgrown hedge encroaching on pavement

Reported via desktop in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 14:31, Fri 15 March 2024

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5718768.

The hedge to nr 32 needs to be radically cut back as it is overgrowing the pavement and is well beyond the boundary line. It is markedly restricting the width of the pavement on this busy road and is causing a hazard. It appears to have been cut back tight within the property but then pruned outside the boundary such as to allow it to overgrow outside it, presumably so the pruning doesn't kill it. This is wrong and been going on for several years.
