13th March Further to my email yesterday afternoon on the above and below ref. no. 5702692 the company’s lorry has returned this morning with a full load of topsoil. Today plywood sheeting has been put down before the lorry parked. However, the sheeting did not extend to the full length of the lorry. I attach three photos taken this morning. Note the front wheel of the lorry has depressed the pavement causing a trip hazard. The delivery of topsoil is being arranged by the Garden Design Company. How many more loads are required? The footpath cannot stand a fully laden lorry of this type. Please look into the matter urgently. 14th March This is an update on today’s devastation on the footpath reported to you on the 12th and 13th March under the above reference number. Further deliveries have taken place, and the damage now extends for approximately 10 metres. Today’s photographs are attached which show the difficulty that someone currently like me with two crutches has to contend with when the even surface has been taken away without thought for the general public. I would be grateful for an update on the action being taken. My tel. no. is 01604 405193.
