Pothole over 3 inches deep at junction of Heathfield Crescent and Heathfield Drive.

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5717592.

Pothole reported to council on 23rd January 2024 but no action taken. Now much worse than the picture taken at that time. Causes vehicle to swerve into path of vehicles approaching the junction.

  • Someone put loose stones into the hole but these were soon worked out leaving the hole to increase in severity and leaving loose stones on the junction to become another hazard to cyclists trying to brake on a now slippery surface whilst also trying to avoid the pothole itself.
