Council refuse to clean this side of Winchmore Hill

Church Hill and Winchmore Hill road are filthy . We are on the second week now with zero street cleaning - yet the council web site and our council tax bill states main residential roads are cleaned once a week. This is an absolute untruth. I have Ben picking up litter every single day. The church itself is covered in litter outside and Christian worshippers are aware that churches are anathema for the council - despite being a place of religious worship.. It is so tragic to see our borough in the state. Special measures are seriously needed. They will not sweep this week either. I have asked over 100 people to join me on a street cjean this weekend. We will be taking before and after photos for the media.
