Sent to Adur District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5712273.

The A259 between Shoreham and Portslade is covered in sand and dust, while cycling dust and sand was blowing into my face and eyes from passing cars. There is a lot of building works in this area, and they are clearly not sweeping up their mess off the roads.
