Road surface breaking up

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5709957.

At this location a previously repaired area, in the middle of the carriageway, is again breaking up. This location is particularly susceptible to flooding, which in turn hides potholes and broken surface. The only long term solution is to drain water away from the road to prevent future damage
