Zero drainage
Reported via mobile in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 20:14, Wed 13 March 2024
Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5709407.
As the council have turned their attention to the once untouched Butterfield Green Road it is about time they sorted the drainage on the road. There are multiple flood points. There are drain gulleys that are too high on the road to allow water in. At the bottom of the road next to Thatch Cottage there is an unprotected ditch that someone will drive into. Come on council show us the love now you have ruined the area with your developments.

Still floods. The ducks love it. Literally cannot walk up the road.

The flooding has become appalling this week in particular. The bottom of the road was 18 inches deep at one point. I killed my car there. Council have ruined the area and couldn’t care less.
