Rubbish all over the Street from overflowing bin belonging to the shop. Also builders rubbish.

  • Same everywhere,flytipping,littering etc top end of ball road in llanrumney gets bad usually from takeaways in that area or Newport rd,not their fault but lazy,dirty people who want to live in a bin with rats
