Parking on the grass verges

Reported via mobile in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 16:45, Tuesday 12 March 2024

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5702971.

Cars have adopted the verges as their personal parking spaces.

As a consequence we are being left with muddy areas which are both unsightly and restrict their intended use.

They also make it difficult for Grass cutting etc.

Areas need wooden posts to stop cars mounting such areas.

  • It is getting worse, Farley hill whipperley way, parking, making our street an eye sore

  • Ongoing inconsiderate parking issues on verges and pavements.

This could earn the Council a fortune if they had the courage to act.
