Large Pothole formed on previous repair

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5697797.

There is a large pothole opened up here on the site of a previous repair, that is deep and causing difficulty for traffic. Also a number of potholes heading further down on speed humps with broken sharp tarmac. Please investigate. Thank you.
