Blocked drain causing flooding.

This drain (highlighted in photos attached) has been a recurring problem on Sidegate Road and has been reported before. It's never been unblocked and is a constant hazard to pedestrians and drivers. The residual water is constantly present, except during the drier months. Surely, this can be resolved quite easily with the equipment now available these days? Thank you.

Well… the council replied to me that the drain was fixed…it ain’t….. still blocked… will be reporting again. <sigh>
