The bus stop is too small and not fit for purpose.

Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5694224.
The area of the bus stop gets overgrown. This can be cut back but when descending from the bus, the platform is just too small. For one person to alight from the bus is okay but if there is more than one person, it is too restricted especially with a bus there to pull away. Yous read literally within inches of it. It would be impossible for wheelchairs or pushchairs with people and we have three little grandsons. From a health and safety point of view, it is not really fit for purpose .

This problem still exists and until works to enlarge the bus stop undertake. It remains a hazard. It is not "plant growth" is the issue, there are no slopes for pushchairs and indeed one pushchair without a person pushing it would fill the bus stop! We have three children and our neighbour has three grandchildren. It is impossible to fit two adults a pushchair and two young children on this stop - imagine when the bus is in situ as well! We have to try to stand back but there is no tarmac to stand on. For disabled people with notability scooters or wheelchairs -IT IS UNUSABLE. People now use the bus from the campsite nearby. Imagine six adults trying to stand on roughly one metre by one metre of tarmac! This hasn't been fixed AND CUTTING BACK PLANTS WILL NOT FIX IT. It needs enlarging and slopes out in like the one up the road!
