Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5692676.

Going worse. Nothing done to stop this fly tipping toilet . Lorry park in slip road. People cannot use the pavement the pavement and shrub area full length of lay-bys is disgusting. When someone is killed walking on the road don’t say you wernt pre warned. And sides of fly over bridges are a mess.
