Cars/cans illegal parking on a roundabout

This has been happening over a year one half of it there is no soil left it been ground down to gravel

  • People are still illegally parking on the roundabout! A lady that has lived on the street for over 20+years said to me there use to be a few trees on it and now there is only one and hardly any grass- mainly mud!
