This has been an issue for a number of months. If a car's wheels dropped off the edge of the road it would likely do a lot of damage. It's a little nerve-wracking cycling past here too - particularly as it's on a slight corner. I also wonder if there's a concern the base of the road could wash away leading to further collapse/damage.
