Manhole cover rocking badly, and very loud!

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5689523.

I reported a rocking manhole here a while back. It was repaired, but is not rocking again, being hit by multiple vehicles every minute, day and night. A severe danger to motorists, motorcyclists and pedal cyclists
