?Plan for crossing/traffic lights at junction into new build estate

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5684977.

There are two new entrances to the Hill estate which is being built. As you are coming from Oxford, westbound side. The first junction has no traffic lights/safe crossing and is on a main pedestrian/cycle route. Work vehicles currently come out of here very fast. Is there a plan for there to be a safe crossing here since the second one further down does have traffic lights? Or will this be eventually closed off
