Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5684257.

Every time there’s a game on at hull Kingston rovers ground cars flood down here parking on the grass verge and leaving us residents unable to use our drives rear of our houses. It’s unacceptable and we would be stuck in an emergency
