Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5684048.

Loads if flytipping rubbish being dumped in the lanes that are always used by cars and bin lorries, i am constantly filling potholes after the bin lorries using the lane as quite a few houses use these lanes for garage access for parking
